2. Book Online or In Person

Reserve your gear easily through our website or by contacting us directly.
Let us know your travel dates, delivery location, and any special requests.
A refundable security deposit is required for premium items.

3. Choose Time and Date 

All rentals are charged by full day (day and night) to allow time for our team to inspect, clean, and sanitize every piece of gear between rentals, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety for each family.

4. Delivery & Setup

We deliver your gear right to your hotel, Airbnb, or home anywhere in Chicago and surrounding suburbs.
Delivery fees vary by location.
We make sure your gear is ready to use — clean, sanitized, and set up safely.

5. Enjoy Your Stay

Relax and enjoy your trip knowing your baby has everything they need — safe, comfortable, and familiar equipment you can trust.

6. Easy Pickup

When your rental period ends, we’ll pick up the gear from your location at your scheduled time.

  • Choose your baby essentials. Once reservation is complete, Chicago Baby Gear Rental will contact you to confirm details and have baby gear delivered. It's recommended to book baby gear ahead of time to ensure availability and to avoid additional same-day service fees.

  • The item is unavailable to other customers for the entire day. Even if you only need it in the morning. All rentals are charged by full day (day and night) to allow time for our team to inspect, clean, and sanitize every piece of gear between rentals, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety for each family.

  • We offer strollers, cribs, high chairs, baby baths, toys, boosters, play mats, and more. Specialty items like baby monitors or bottle warmers are also available.

  • Yes! We deliver directly to your hotel, Airbnb, airport, car rental or residence—and pick it up when you’re done.

  • We currently serve Chicago IL and West Suburbs and South West Suburbs IL . If you’re outside our area, contact us—we may still be able to accommodate you.

  • Some high-value items may require a refundable security deposit, which is returned once the gear is checked and returned in good condition.

  • Absolutely! Be sure to specify the addresses, times and contact information for both locations. Addition fees will occur, confirm quote for the total cost.


  • There are NO refunds for early returns.

  • Yes, you can request to extend your rental period if the item is still available beyond your original return date. Please contact us as soon as possible to request an extension and well do our best to accommodate you.

  • Yes! Long-term rentals are available at discounted rates—perfect for extended stays or temporary relocations. Contact us for more information.
